After 30 plus years of designing homes and commercial buildings as well as building homes, I have the working knowledge and skill to create beautiful unique designs that encompass functionality as well as your personal vision for the project.

I have worked for builders designing their lines of homes from 1100 sq ft to 5000 plus sq ft. Spec homes require knowledge of cost of materials and services as well as trends in order to create layouts that are affordable and beautiful what the customer is seeking.

Custom homes require a lot of communication in order to get your vision for your project on paper. For 6 years I worked for a custom builder. I designed homes for his clients, I worked with them to select all their finishes and specialties that they desired in their homes such as elevators, wet and dry saunas, custom slides and and unique doors to elevate the look and function of their homes. I then built those homes for them as well as aided in furnishing the new spaces.

I have worked with both builders and individuals for many years at working on many different levels of new builds, remodels, and commercial projects.
